30th January 1992 | Legnica bishop Tadeusz Rybak brought independent centre under the invocation St. Tadeusz Apostle in Legnica. Parish-priest that centre was became Rev. Marek Kurzawa. Until then he had been being a curate in parish under the invocaion Virgin Mary, queen of Poland in Legnica |
1st February 1993 | The temporary chapel building was begun |
30th April 1993 | The temporary chapel building was finished |
9th May 1993 | Activity of parish was inaugurated by solemn Mass in Legnica Bishop care |
23rd August 1993 | Reproduction Wonderful Painting the Częstochowa Virgin Mary visited our parish |
28th August 1993 | Revd Primate Card. Józef Glemp and Revd Card. Franciszek Macharski visited our parish |
1st May 1995 | Rev. Marek Mendyk was assigned to priestly aid in parish |
2nd June 1997 | During historic Mass in Legnica Pope Jan Paweł II consecrated cornerstone under new church building |
4-5th September 1997 | Painting the Krzeszów Virgin Mary visited our parish |
22nd June 1998 | There had followed parish-priest rotation. New parish-priest became Rev. Stanisław Araszczuk, and Rev. Adam Lasek was assigned to priestly aid |
28th June 1999 | There had followed curate rotation. New curate became Rev. Krzysztof Kauf |
2000 year | There had followed curate rotation. New curate became Rev. Rodryg Albin |
28th October 2002 | There had followed solemn consecration of church |
20th February 2003 | For the first time in our parish resounded new organ |
26th May 2004 | Our parish-priest, Revd Stanisław Araszczuk, celebrated twentieth anniverary His ordination |
27th May 2004 | Three new priests: Rev. Krzysztof Żmigrodzki, Rev. Dominik Jezierski and Rev. Paweł Zieliński said in our parish their common First Mass |
Rev. Prelate Stanisław Zając often helps in our priesthood. Nun Teresa is a vestry-woman. For a start sacristans were Ryszard Koper and Dariusz Kłos, nowadays this function fulfils Edward Burda. First organict was Wacław Grab. Today in our parish there are two organicts - Roman Rewczuk and Wenanty Figiela. Every year Władysław Gałka busys oneself with preparationing "crib"
and"God's Grave"
